Great in theory, but they only ping up on my phone, I don't get updates via other people gwtting xlose enough to ping thr devices as with the airtags from Apple. Also, the location sound is 8bit (just like thr airtags) which is the only tone your ears can't zero in on direction with, where these are worse than airtags, there is no zeroing in within any distance! So no way of narrowing down where the tags are when my cats have lost them in bushes or up trees etc. Really unhappy with the product as they were a total waste of money without better features or at least all the same features as airtags as they are advertised to have. I want a refund!

As soon as you loose Bluetooth you cant find your cats
Kept me upto date with delivery times, apologised staight away that it might tale slightly longer but it arrived on time. Easy to set up and use.
Product dose not work and have had no support from the company after 2 emails sent.
It's not a GPS tracker. It's just Bluetooth. Once your pet gets so far away (so outside the house) it doesn't connect anymore. Not worth the price. You can get the same on Amazon for half the price. Helpful if you lose your keys regularly however

Almost 4 weeks later and I have still not received my package. The vendors response is “just wait”.
Our cats (we have two) have never had callers on! So not to sure if they would react or even if they would except on there necks? They are both outdoor cats and are well known in the Close local area! But saying that we would love to now there whereabouts when they go of on one of there adventures! Has anybody else had this problem when trying to put it on!! (Help 🫣)
